Processing Time
Most of our garments are made-to-order, therefore processing begins after order confirmation. Preparation time may vary depending on the design, customization, and workload.
Estimated dispatch timeline: 1-2 weeks (may vary for certain pieces).
You will be informed if your order requires additional time.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer complimentary shipping across India.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination city.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination country and will be shared before dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable custom duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release the shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email / WhatsApp so you can monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Remote location delivery

Lost / Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
