At Ruhi Syal, every piece is thoughtfully created and often handcrafted specifically for each order. Because of this personalized production process, our return and exchange terms are outlined below.

All Ruhi Syal orders are final sale. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. This applies to both domestic and international purchases.

Most of our garments are produced on a made-to-order basis. Natural variations in embroidery, fabric texture, dye, color tone, or finishing may occur. These variations are part of the garment’s uniqueness and do not qualify as defects.

For custom or made-to-measure orders, customers must provide accurate measurements. Ruhi Syal is not responsible for fitting concerns resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements shared by the customer.

While we strive to present products accurately, slight differences may occur due to screen display, lighting, photography, fabric dyeing, or handcrafted work. Such variations are not considered faults.

As production begins shortly after confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed.

Return or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may be respectfully declined at our discretion.
